Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems and programs.
- Monitor and guarantee adherence to local and international EHS regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals to achieve ambitious safety and environmental goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and determine effective control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement EHS initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Taiwan EHS related professional license.
- More than 10 years of experience in EHS management.
- Proven track record in semiconductor or large factory EHS management.
- Proficient knowledge of domestic and global EHS policies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Experience with EHS management in a multinational corporation.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credentials.
- Demonstrated ability to compete and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
