Introduction:
Device engineering team member in development, optimization, and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements.
Your Job:
Device engineering team member in development, optimization, characterization and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements.
DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.
Partner process integration engineers to improve device performance.
Work with TCAD engineers to predict device results.
Design and optimize device layout to maximize performance
Lead/own and drive technical device problem solving.
Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
Innovate new methods of continuous device improvement.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
>5 years relevant experience for Degree/Masters.
Wafer Fab device engineering experience is valued, preferably in RF devices.
Ph.D candidates with relevant project/research experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
TCAD / Device layout experience/ skillset is a plus
Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
