We are seeking a Principal Commercial Contracts Manager to join our global Commercial Contracts team, where innovation knows no borders. This team partners across Sales, Product, Finance, Tax and Legal to structure commercial agreements that help travel agency customers expand their market reach. As Principal Commercial Contracts Manager, you will manage complex commercial agreements for travel agencies across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You will serve as a trusted expert advisor to commercial teams and lead high-impact contract negotiations with broad decision-making latitude. This role requires sharp regional business insight, exceptional commercial judgment and the ability to turn complex terms into clear contract outcomes that protect Sabre and accelerate customer growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements for travel agency customers across APAC.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to structure contract terms that support business goals and mitigate risk.

  • Serve as the expert advisor for commercial teams and internal counsel on complex contract matters.

  • Guide regional contracting practices and advise teams on post-signature contract escalations.

  • Use generative AI and automation to streamline contract reviews, update templates and accelerate deal velocity.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial contracts within a high-volume travel technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.

  • Proven success leading complex customer negotiations and influencing stakeholders across a global matrixed organization.

  • Deep expertise in contract terms, risk allocation, financial models and regional governance.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting commercial contracts within the Greater China region.

  • Practical experience using generative AI and contract analytics tools to improve productivity and drafting quality.
