We are seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to join our global Commercial Contracts team, where innovation knows no borders. This team supports Travel Solutions by partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Tax and Legal teams to shape commercial agreements that help travel agency customers grow with Sabre. As Senior Commercial Contracts Manager, you will support complex travel agency commercial agreements across the APAC region. You will partner closely with commercial teams, lead contract negotiations and help improve contracting processes at scale. This role requires sound judgment, regional business insight and the ability to turn complex commercial terms into clear contract outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation and review of complex commercial agreements for travel agency customers across APAC.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations and Product teams to structure contract terms that support business goals and manage risk.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for commercial teams, customer legal teams and internal counsel on contract matters.
  • Advise on post-signature contract questions, escalation paths and regional contracting practices across global matrix teams.
  • Drive process improvements, template updates and automation initiatives that improve speed, consistency and commercial impact.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, paralegal work or contract negotiation in a high-volume business environment.
  • Diploma in legal studies, paralegal certification or equivalent qualification, with a strong background in paralegal and contract management functions.
  • Strong experience supporting technology, travel technology, software, SaaS or travel agency commercial agreements.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex customer agreements and influence stakeholders across a matrixed global organization.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation, financial models and contract governance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to review, interpret and process Chinese legal documents and contracts.
