Key capabilities expected for the job (Example: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience etc.)
- Knowledge of analytical instruments like Atomic Spectroscopy and instrument automation platform
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
- Ability to analyse and develop, communicate and improve business processes and systems
- Ability to lead change and establish operational metrics and key indicators for process control, communication and performance improvement
- Strong drive for results, balanced with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge, skills and ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate maturity in leading, managing and execution of CI projects in Lean/Six Sigma/Total Productive Management
- Proven capability in planning, organising, executing and tracking multiple projects and able to adjust to changing priorities and assignments
- Good influencing skills in addition to sound problem-solving and analytical skills, enjoy coaching, motivating and developing others
- Listen effectively and competent in communication
- Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Project, Word & PowerPoint
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/science disciplines
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong continuous improvement culture
- Proven track records with excellent hands-on experience in IE, Lean, Six Sigma and/or TPM implementation in high mix low volume manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of active and proven Lean / Six-Sigma Black Belt experience, PMP would be a definite asset, ideally in a leadership role.
