Client Acquisition
• Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programs
• Solicit new customers or increasing product penetration in existing base to achieve and
exceed Bank's defined goals and revenue
• Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers' acquisition
and retention
Client Servicing
• Perform ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for
extending basic and priority banking services
• Promote the Bank's products and services
• Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customer's share of wallet
• Adhering to high service level
• Promptly attend to customer's enquiries and other servicing matters
Compliance and Regulations
• Adhere to banks and regulatory requirements and uphold strong customer service
experience
• Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with the internal and external regulatory
requirements
Qualifications Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Economics with CMFAS
Certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consumer retail banking preferably with
experience in secured and unsecured loan sales
• High achiever in previous capacity with no adverse sales or service related complaints in
the past 12 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and a good team player
