Job Responsibilities :

Manages a pre-sales channel, liaising with merchants, SI, POS vendors and Kiosk Vendors.
Using API, SDK to talk to the channel's partners.

Job Scope

  • Participating in the pre-sales process in understanding partners and merchants requirements and developing tailored payment software solutions.

  • Learn to engage and collaborate with sales, product development and technical teams to create compelling presentations and demonstrations of our payment products to Partners and Merchants.

  • Learn to support the preparation of technical draft proposals and documentation for potential merchant referral partners and merchants.

  • Learn from the product development team to conduct focus discussion and research to identify trends and opportunities in the payment software industry.

  • Participate in payment solutioning design meetings and presentations to provide technical insights and answer queries.

  • Learn to draft the development and maintenance of pre-sales materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures.

  • Assist business development team to create payment solutions for proof-of-concept (POC) projects to showcase the capabilities of our payment solutions to industry partners.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on partners and merchants’ interactions and market research.

  • Participate in Request For Proposal (RFP) projects from MNC Companies (From start to end).
     

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Fintech related field.

  • Basic knowledge of system design, process flow drawings, programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.

  • Good understanding of payment systems and Financial technologies.

  • Strong interest in software application product design and architecture.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.

  • Team player, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Able to commit to a 6 months, full-time internship from Jan 2026 - Jun 2026
