Requirements
The PR and Communications team at YouTrip is instrumental in building and maintaining our brand reputation, showcasing our innovative solutions, and fostering trust with our users and stakeholders.
As our PR & Communications Executive (or Senior Executive, depending on experience), you will be a key player in shaping YouTrip's public image across the Asia Pacific. You will report to the Communications Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams (data, marketing and YouBiz commercial team) to develop and execute impactful communication strategies.
You will:
- Play an active role in shaping YouTrip’s brand reputation and driving positive media coverage, particularly overseeing the Singapore, Thailand and Australia initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with YouTrip's business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and ecosystem partners in the fintech and travel sectors.
- Craft compelling press releases, social media posts, and other PR materials to communicate YouTrip's mission effectively.
- Develop and execute media pitching strategies to secure high-impact media coverage for YouTrip's feature launches, partnerships, and corporate initiatives.
- Identify meaningful and impactful narratives for speaking engagements such as panel discussions, thought leadership conferences and closed-door industry activities.
- Support the team with planning and organising press engagements, events, and conferences.
You are:
- PR professional with 2-3 years of experience working with fintech, consumer tech in-house or agency clients.
- Experienced in corporate reputation management, media relations, and issues management.
- Tenacious and a proactive problem-solver, consistently finding creative solutions.
- Passionate about the payment, travel, and fintech innovation sectors.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
