🚀 Power Platform Developer (4+ Years’ Experience)

We are seeking talented Power Platform Developers who want to grow fast, work on exciting projects, and get mentored by senior architects. If you’re looking to go beyond routine basic development and into next-gen apps, AI copilots, and enterprise workflow automation, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
• Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using the full Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the build of advanced applications — including Canvas & Model-Driven apps — with complex business logic, reusable components, and ALM/DevOps practices.
• Architect and implement deep integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
• Drive solution quality through governance frameworks, environment strategy, and deployment automation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the practice.
• Collaborate in Agile squads, engaging with Product Owners and business stakeholders, running demos, and continuously improving delivery.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 4 years of total professional experience, including at least 2–3 years of focused Power Platform development.
• Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Power Platform certified (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600).
• Experience with one or more: AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, or Power Pages.
• Agile delivery experience.
