Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially sharp, customer-obsessed Product Lead to own and grow OCBC’s unsecured instalment loan portfolio across Credit Cards and EasiCredit.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership: driving P&L, portfolio growth, pricing strategy, digital transformation and customer experience for a key lending business. The successful candidate will shape business strategy, turn data into action, work with senior stakeholders, and deliver sustainable growth while upholding strong risk and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end P&L, profitability, performance and growth of the unsecured instalment loan portfolio across Credit Cards and EasiCredit.
  • Drive acquisition, customer engagement, lifecycle management, pricing, segmentation and revenue optimisation strategies.
  • Shape and execute the product roadmap, including new propositions, digital capabilities and customer journey enhancements.
  • Use customer, behavioural, transactional and financial data to identify opportunities, forecast outcomes and improve business performance.
  • Partner Digital Business, Technology, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations and Sales to deliver sustainable growth with strong governance.
  • Represent the business with regulators and industry partners where required, while leading and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in product management, portfolio management, consumer lending, credit cards or retail banking.
  • Strong knowledge of unsecured lending, credit risk principles and portfolios such as Balance Transfer, Cash-on-Instalments, PayLite, Personal Loans or revolving credit.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy, P&L management, portfolio optimisation, profitability management and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into business actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and influencing skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects.

What we offer:

Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
