We are looking for an experienced marketing operations manager with an analytical mind, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking to join our growing Marketing Ops & Analytics group!
In this role, you will be a valuable partner to our Online Media and Growth Marketing teams, facilitating seamless communication with various stakeholders within and outside the marketing department. Your strategic mindset will help you translate high-level & strategic plans into action items. Gather the relevant stakeholders and own processes from planning to implementation and rollout. Additionally, you will proactively identify pain points and drive enhancements to optimize our PLG operations.
About The Role
- Act as a strategic partner for the media and user acquisition teams.
- Work together with the marketing leadership and analysts to create targets, north star metrics and KPIs.
- Identify pain points and business opportunities across different funnels and customer journeys.
- Translate high-level & strategic plans into action items. Gather the relevant stakeholders and own the process from planning to implementation and rollout.
- Identify operational and data gaps, gather needs and work to create short term and long term solutions.
- Act as a connector between the marketing and other groups around growth funnels. Including Product, RevOps and Sales.
- Be the go-to person for operational and data needs of the marketing team.
- Work with the MarTech operations team to implement new technical capabilities to support growth and efficiency.
- Create one source of truth dashboards in Looker according to analysts’ modeling.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations roles in a high scale SAAS company.
- Expertise in user acquisition (hands-on) and budget planning.
- Familiarity with different marketing functions (social media, SEO, marketing automations, demand generation).
- In-depth understanding of Sales functions, processes and methodologies.
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot/marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience working with data BI and analytics tools such as Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau/power bi/data visualization, SQL (an advantage).
- Experience working with MMM model & GEO testing - advantage.
- Proven experience in building plans and processes for complex operations.
- Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to conceptualize and implement user-centric solutions.
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
