ABOUT THE POSITION

• Work closely with Planning Heads, Production Directors, and Project Teams to meet capacity needs.
• Track data accuracy every week, issue high-level & detailed planning status/report weekly. Maintain the system updates related to planning management.
• Assist resource allocation and collaboration across studios.
• Follow up on the new opportunities, test progress, and come up with a summary of the status and trend weekly.
• Prepare operation reports and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance, and collaborate with planning leads to forecast all required.
• Work closely with the team to maintain each group’s monthly KPI progress, ensure the team can hit the target, or escalate the risks/problems that might impact the target secured.
• Working closely with PMO and ERP team on troubleshooting and system improvement.

• 每周跟踪数据准确性，发布详细的数据报告。维护与规划管理相关的系统更新。
• 协助资源分配及跨工作室协作。
• 跟进新机会、测试进展，并每周总结状态和趋势。
• 准备运营报告，分析所有结果，提出绩效改进建议，并与规划负责人合作预测所需资源。
• 紧密配合团队维护各组每月关键绩效指标（KPI）进展，确保团队达成目标，或升级可能影响目标实现的风险/问题。
• 与项目管理办公室（PMO）及ERP团队紧密合作，进行故障排除及系统改进。

• Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to use English as a working language (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or above. PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a production planner/project coordinator.
• Strong data analysis ability and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite. ERP is plus.
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• 良好的英语口语和书写能力，能够将英语作为工作语言。（必要） 
• 本科及以上学历，持有PMP证书者优先。
• 具备生产计划或项目协调相关经验。
• 较强的数据分析能力和演示技巧。
• 熟练掌握微软办公软件，ERP系统经验者优先。
• 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧。
