What You Will Do

  • Ensure material fulfilment for engine production
  • Work with suppliers on RFQ (Request For Quote) including PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Orders)
  • Process RMA (Return Material Authorization) and Insurance claim
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance to industry quality requirements & company specifications
  • Participate in daily material shortages meeting with planning team
  • Monitor material shortages and collaborate with respective stakeholders on material fulfilment
  • Monitor and expedite part delivery
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policy, company procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma graduate in Supply Chain Management other related engineering disciplines.
  • 2 years relevant experience in buyer / procurement role.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience in planning / procurement role within the aviation industry.
