Key Responsibilities

  • Generate MPR demand planned order, plan and schedule the weekly production plan, based on  shop floor capacity and material constraints.
  • Chair daily production & material management meeting with cross functional teams.
  • Take lead and communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to devise a realistic production plan, and counter proposed an improved production plan.
  • Develop balance production loading plan to support linear loading, in preparation of seasonal business and shut down.
  • Analysis and identify critical material shortage and reflow the production plan to support quarter build.
  • Work closely with Demand team to support customers sudden order request.
  • Coordinates with Material Planning to assure availability and timeliness of materials and parts required to support established schedules.
  • Communicate and coordinate with logistic team to pull in the material into shopfloor and schedule FGI ship out on time.
  • Prepares and release PRPJ/ SEPJ Production Order management, Convert and Release PO via PC Console, perform Reconfig / SWAP planning, and support CRF management.
  • Works with engineers to manage materials for special engineering projects.  
  • May work with work centers on shop floor control activities.
