What you will do:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource requirements. 
  • Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively. 
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues. 
  • Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
  • Checking quality of documents.
  • Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence.
  • Monitoring processes.
  • Update and control procedure documents and forms.
  • Setting up project filling systems.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
  • Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Generate the various document control reports as required.
  • Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
  • Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

How you will do it:

  • Scheduling and Monitoring:
    • Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. 
    • Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify any deviations. 
    • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders. 
  • Resource Management:
    • Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) to project tasks. 
    • Monitor resource utilization and ensure efficient allocation. 
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with project managers and team members to develop and maintain project plans. 
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. 
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team. 
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess potential risks to the project. 
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans. 
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in developing and managing the project budget. 
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns. 

What we look for:

  • Diploma / Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or construction

  • Excel, Word and Project essential

  • Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.

  • Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.
