- Set up and refine process conditions and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials.
- Analyze and improve abnormal process conditions.
- Build up the culture of using AI.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Established track record of developing and refining complex procedures.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment and technology.
- Strong analytical skills to determine and resolve process abnormalities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Applying AI into your daily works.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in process management and project modification.
- Familiarity with new equipment/material evaluation and promotion.
- Demonstrated success in reducing production costs and upgrading process capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
- Familier with and capable to develop AI agents, GenAI tools.
