Responsibilities:

• Inspect and judge reticles following standard operating procedures (SOP) or training knowledge, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance inspection accuracy and decision consistency.
• Operate in the Fab and Photo area, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and utilizing AI insights or digital systems to support real-time monitoring and issue identification.
• Successfully implement day and night shift rotations to support continuous production, using AI-assisted tools to optimize shift handover, summarize key issues, and track production status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve issues, applying AI as a thinking partner for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations.
• Actively utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GenieLLM) to generate summaries, draft communications, and organize work, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
• Proactively acquire and apply relevant knowledge, including AI capabilities, to continuously improve performance and support digital and AI transformation initiatives.
• Ensure responsible and secure use of AI tools by following company data protection, governance, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with openness to integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results, supported by AI-assisted analysis and insights.
• Willingness to adapt to day and night shift rotations while leveraging digital/AI tools to maintain consistency and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply AI tools for data analysis, troubleshooting, and decision support.
• Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, data analysis tools) or willingness to learn and apply them in daily work.
• Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training while ensuring compliance with AI governance and data security requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated capability to quickly learn new technologies, including AI-enabled tools and digital systems.
• Experience using digital tools, automation systems, or data-driven platforms is a plus.
• Cleanroom experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Working Hours & Salary:

• Working hours follow a 12-hour rotating shift schedule based on a 4-3 / 3-4 pattern, with day and night shifts rotating every 3 to 4 months.
• Salary start from NTD37,500
