[What the role is]

The incumbent will support philanthropic policy formulation through data analysis, dashboard creation, and sectoral research; and facilitate decision-making with timely insights, identify process improvements, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for Community Chest.

[What you will be working on]

  • Support the formulation and execution of philanthropic-related policies, strategies and messaging through better structuring of data and dashboards, and environmental scanning and sectoral research, to identify emerging trends and build competitive value propositions for Community Chest
  • Facilitate informed decision making by providing timely data analysis and insights to the Management
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and work across team to implement solutions for enhanced service delivery and internal processes

Skills Required:

  • Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in programming software, e.g. Python
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesise information
  • Ability to work with various team members and balance competing deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear written communication
  • Experience in process improvement and data visualisation (e.g., creating dashboards using Power BI) will be an advantage
