We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for one of our investment products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Manage the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritisation, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming communications, highlight priorities, and track responses.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
- Manage documents, deadlines, and administrative processes.
- Handle personal administrative tasks and payments.
- Organise travel and logistics when needed.
- Support personal matters such as appointments, orders, and events.
- Take ownership of routine tasks and resolve them independently.
We expect from you:
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- 2+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Experience supporting senior management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently.
- close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Willingness to cover both business and personal tasks.
- Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.
- Able to work in a time zone close to Dubai or Cyprus.
