Job Description
- Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting strategies as needed
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize commission structures, payouts, and incentives - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, growth team, etc.) to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Maintain high standards for affiliate creative assets and promotional materials
Requirements
- Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership roles
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc) is preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
