The Performance Manager manages client strategies, oversees day-to-day operations, ensures project deliverables are met, and identifies growth opportunities.
The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Digital Performance teams across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for our clients.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day point of contact to the client
- Owns and manages client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
- Identifies areas of opportunity to explore ways of further supporting the clients and deepening the relationship
- Ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
- Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Director
