Job Summary:

The Performance Lead is responsible for defining, tracking, and interpreting initiative performance metrics across all Prudential agency squad workstreams. This role ensures that every initiative — from recruitment uplift to top-tier progression and enablement rollouts are measured with clarity, and continuously improved through data-driven feedback loops. You will partner closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure KPIs are aligned to business intent, progress is tracked rhythmically, and outcomes are translated into actionable learnings that inform postlaunch reinforcements or pivots.

Job Descriptions:

  • Define initiative-specific success metrics — including adoption KPIs, advisor behavioral targets, business impact measures, and productivity cost projections for pre- and post-launch evaluation
  • Shape initiative business logic and assumptions in partnership with initiative owners – ensuring every new initiative is built on a sound rational, measurable impact hypothesis, and field-grounded benchmarks
  • Establish and maintain a dashboard rhythm to track rollout performance across all Agency key initiatives, driving visibility on what’s landing, lagging, or requiring reinforcement
  • Monitor advisor usage, engagement, and activation behaviors across key initiatives (e.g. tool adoption, 1:1 coaching penetration, recruitment channel conversion)
  • Translate insights into tactical recommendations - advising Project Owners and squad leads on where adjustments, reinforcements, or targeting improvements are needed
  • Collaborate with Change, Enablement, and Strategy teams to ensure KPIs are not just reported but actively influence reinforcement journeys and stakeholder communications
  • Work in close partnership with Transformation Office and develop and track initiative value, effectiveness, and field traction
  • Ensure initiative assumptions and baselines are grounded in business logic and evolve with maturity of each program

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or equivalent field

  • 8 – 12 years in analytics, performance management, business intelligence, or strategy-related functions

  • Experience in reporting/analytics for field-force-led environments (insurance, sales, distribution, agency)

  • Demonstrated ability to translate numbers into business action

  • Skilled in dashboard design, performance tracking, and behavioral insight generation

  • Experience working with multi-functional teams and initiative owners to embed KPIs into planning and rollout

  • Former actuarial experience in insurance will be an advantage

Key Skills & Traits:

  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen - not just a reporter, but an advisor

  • Strong communicator - able to analyse and tell stories from data

  • Structured and precise in building tracking frameworks

  • Comfortable operating across multiple initiatives with fast-moving priorities

  • Curious, solution-oriented, and relentless in surfacing actionable insights
