Role: Peoplesoft HCM Support Consultant

Job Description

• With at least 3 years of Peoplesoft HCM Support experience. 

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2. 

• Candidates needs to have either implementation or support experience in Peoplesoft HCM module (Workforce Administration, Global Payroll, Global Absence, Profile Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Career & Succession Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management)

• Manage day to day operations and support of client Peoplesoft HCM system including managing Incidents Request, Service Request and Change Request based on stipulated SLA

• Planning, analyzing and defining high-level software strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise

• Create and conduct Functional and Technical designs to the development from the requirement changes of the client.
