Job Description
We are hiring for an internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Please indicate your available dates in your Cover Letter and submit your CV together with unofficial transcripts.
We are in search for a curious, meticulous, and creative student to join us as a short-term intern to support our Benefits Experience Project. Help us reinvent how employee benefits content is shared and accessed by migrating and refreshing content from our current intranet to a brand-new SharePoint site. You’ll work closely with the regional HR team and global project team, get exposure to real-world project work, learn about digital workplace tools, and see what it takes to deliver a regional rollout for a global company. If you enjoy organizing information, have an eye for clear communication, and want to build real skills while making a meaningful impact — we’d love to hear from you!
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Curate Useful Content – help organize and simplify benefits information so colleagues can easily find what matters most to them
Design with Purpose - Bring content to life by redefining it for our new SharePoint platform. Learn how to structure and format info in ways that are clean, clear, and user-friendly
Get practical experience using SharePoint — you'll help upload content and manage pages, with support along the way
Participate in team discussions, contribute ideas and team with colleagues from different countries
Enhance user experience – Contribute to creating a flawless online journey for our employees by ensuring the site is functional, intuitive, user-friendly for everyone
As a student worker, you’ll be joining the APAC People Partnering team, which is part of the broader HR organization at the LEGO Group. Our team is made up of 11 dedicated and fun individuals who focus on People Partnering, Benefits, and HR Operations. We’re spread across the region, but this role will be based in Singapore. This incumbent will be supporting the Benefits and Operations team — and collaborating closely with People Partners, who act as strategic HR partners to business leaders. They help bring our people strategy to life, ensure employees are supported through key moments at work, and connect teams to the right HR solutions when needed.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with global HR teams, and be guided every step of the way as you contribute to a meaningful digital transformation project.
Do you have what it takes?
We’re looking for a motivated student who is energized to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a meaningful project. You might be the one we’re looking for if you:

Enjoy content creation and excel at presenting information clearly and engagingly
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with SharePoint or excited to learn how to lead and publish content on this platform (we will train and support you if you are not as familiar with SharePoint!)
Have a good eye for detail and take pride in producing accurate, well-structured work
Curious, eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the project lead
Comfortable working with data and can identify trends or gaps and present insights in a simple, easy-to-understand format
Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
