Located in an IB global centre, this role provides support to the Head of HR, while also having complete responsibility for its own tasks and project areas, in particular related to global projects and initiatives. Overall, it ensures that HR practices are delivered correctly for designated functions/departments the region, takes oversight of HR systems, owns HR data and supports of data privacy, analytics/dashboards, employee relations and performance management issues. Besides regional HR related work, this role actively participates in and contributes to designated global projects and/or initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Act as Regional HR Business Partner for designated departments within Global Centre. This would include complete HR service delivery in the areas of talent management (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, operational compensation and benefits management, off boarding, HR policies & HRIS management etc.)
2. Act as the Employee Relations Liaison for the designated departments, cultivating stronger employee relations to foster an inclusive, safe and positive work culture; building trust with employees and dealing with conflict situation within the tenet of IB Ethos and IB Code of Conduct.
3. Within the role of HR BP, full ownership and responsibility for up-to-date and accurate information in HRIS, providing HR reports and analysis.

4. Full responsibility for designated HR functions (learning and development/performance management/ compensation & benefits/recruitment/HR processes & policy management) working collaboratively with global HR, where applicable.
5. Act as the regional representative in global projects and initiatives, working across HR teams such as planning, implementing and optimizing HR service delivery in areas such as recruitment, L&D, performance management, compensation and benefits and other HR functions).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; with recognised local industry-standard HR qualification or part qualification
• Proven experience in an HR role; held for a significant period of time which has given sufficient experience of:
o HR process delivery, including performance management and benefits management
o HR data quality provision and data privacy maintenance
o Analytics and reporting
o Audits
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations
• Good working knowledge of HRIS
• Customer focus and service delivery mentality
• Positive and can-do approach to work
• Excellent organizational, time management skills and personal efficiency
• Excellent communication & listening skills.
• Good critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across the team and other colleagues in the Global Centre
• Collaborative and open professional behaviour
