We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People Operations Intern to support our HR team. This role will give you hands-on exposure to various aspects of Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, HR operations, and employee experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, while learning how HR drives value in a fast-growing, technology-focused company.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support & Coordination
    • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and tracking candidate pipelines.
    • Support the sourcing of candidates for technology and business roles through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Help maintain and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
    • Provide a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and pre-onboarding coordination.
  • Employer Branding & Campus Engagement
    • Support social media content creation and campaigns to strengthen employer branding.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating campus recruitment events and maintain relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning.
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Help maintain accurate employee records on the HR system.
    • Assist with drafting HR letters, memos, and policy updates.
    • Support offboarding processes, including document collection and exit coordination.
    • Assist in preparing materials for government-related claims and compliance matters.
  • Learning & Projects
    • Participate in HR projects such as updating workflows, streamlining processes, or improving candidate/employee experience.
    • Learn about HR best practices, employment regulations, and industry standards through exposure to real-life cases.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Passion for people-related work and curiosity about HR practices.
