Our portfolio spans ASEAN and global clients across multiple industries, where we’ve successfully driven large-scale automation programmes, next-gen application modernisation, and enterprise AI initiatives. Recognized as one of Singapore’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies 2024 (Straits Times & Statista) and High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2024 (Financial Times & Statista), we are proud of our track record in building transformation journeys that last.

We partner with leading platforms and ecosystems including ServiceNow, UiPath, OutSystems, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, and more — and continue to invest in Centres of Excellence, enablement programs, and Citizen Developer initiatives to accelerate innovation and deliver high-impact digital experiences.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to support our People team. This role offers hands-on experience in training operations, program coordination, and learning administration. You will play a key role in ensuring our training initiatives run smoothly — from scheduling and logistics to participant engagement and reporting.

Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs, including scheduling and participant communication.
  • Manage training calendars and ensure all sessions are organized efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, feedback collection, and post-training documentation.
  • Liaise with trainers, external partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of learning activities.

Learning Administration

  • Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports on participation and learning outcomes.
  • Support the maintenance of learning databases and shared resources.
  • Assist with procurement and logistics of training materials, kits, and equipment.

Employee Engagement & Development Support

  • Assist in onboarding sessions and internal workshops to enhance employee learning experiences.
  • Support communication and engagement efforts to promote learning initiatives across the company.
  • Gather participant feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the effectiveness of programs.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the improvement of L&D workflows, templates, and documentation.
  • Support the People team on ad-hoc HR and engagement projects related to learning and capability development.

 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or learning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people development and enjoys creating positive learning experiences.

At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology. If you’re excited by the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and shape the future of digital transformation across the region, we’d be happy to hear from you.
