About the Role

The People Experience (PE) team is at the heart of enhancing employee experience, engagement, and well-being at Chanel. By championing best workplace practices and delivering top-notch HR services, the PE team ensures a people-centric approach that resonates throughout the organization.

As the primary contact for employee matters, People Experience meticulously curates a meaningful journey across the entire employee lifecycle. This involves identifying and refining critical touchpoints to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

The People Experience Manager will take full ownership of Operations Governance & Processes, Rewards (Benefits/Mobility Management), vendor management, and conducting PE Clinics to raise awareness and educate employees. Additionally, this role will lead HR transformative projects, drive efficiency and insights while strengthening connections through education and communication. To excel in this position, you must be well-versed in both people and business priorities, enabling you to advise on and execute people initiatives and daily operations effectively and efficiently.

You should possess a strong understanding of HR knowledge, including employee and workforce processes, operations governance, and rewards portfolios. As an excellent communicator and collaborator, you thrive in a people-centric environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach. You excel in managing change and engaging with others to foster a motivated and productive work environment.

Operations Governance and Processes

  • Ensure governance and compliance of all HR policies and processes.

  • Effectively communicate policies and processes to all employees.

Rewards

  • Manage benefits for all employee levels, including enrolment, termination, and reporting.

  • Oversee mobility management for internal transfers, coordinating with immigration vendors for activation and tracking.

Project Management

  • Lead and collaborate with Regional Stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, design, and execution of regional or local PE Operations projects.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support the People Experience Lead in various projects and relevant areas as needed.

  • Address and support employee queries efficiently.

What you will bring :

  • A University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.

  • Over 10 years of experience, with a preference for HR Operations.

  • Proven expertise in managing stakeholders and employees effectively.

  • Strong background in governance and processes, particularly in the Employee Life Cycle.

  • Extensive experience in project management, with familiarity in end-to-end project lifecycles.

  • Exceptional ability to address and support employee queries efficiently.
