Job Description

TALENT MANAGEMENT – CORPORATE, HOTELS & GMS

System & Process Support: Assist in the ongoing deployment and administration of regional Talent Management systems and tools for HQs, GMs and hotels.

Cycle Tracking: Help monitor and follow up on the completion of the Talent Management Cycle (Goals, Performance Conversations, Personal Development Plans, and Succession Planning).

People Reviews: Support the coordination and preparation of materials for regional HQ & GMs People Reviews with P&C Business Partners.

Retention programs : Organize The Exchange our monthly meetings where our talents meet with our Comex members.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS – GMs & HOTELS

Survey Coordination: Help administer regional Employee Engagement for both GMs and Hotels.

Webinars & Resources: Assist in organizing training webinars and preparing toolkits/resources for regional HR teams to maximize participation.

Data Synthesis: Support the consolidation of survey results and help draft regional overviews and feedback reports.

TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING

Digital Presence: Assist in maintaining and updating the MEA APAC country career pages and supporting regional employer branding initiatives.

Social Media initiatives : Create and participate into the content calendar of our EB page as well as project such as Podcast for Women in Leadership & Young graduates.

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING

HR Metrics: Assist in gathering data to track the impact of P&C initiatives and training programs.

Reporting: Support the team in preparing quarterly, semestrial, and annual People Experience reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Hospitality Management, Human Resources.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other regional languages are an asset).

Organization: Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable learning new HR digital systems and platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, AI…).

Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Attitude: A high sense of curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
