- Play as a key member of the APAC region L&D team , running GY25 Graduates Connect program. The incumbent will play a critical role in the success of this program by supporting the execution of program details, tracking and updating data, liaising with country HR teams as well as the graduates across the APAC region.
- In details, this job will assist in coordinating and scheduling the FY25 Graduates Connect Program.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with the APAC FY25 graduates throughout the program from start to end.
- Organize and run program activities from September to December (and beyond, if possible)
- Support the L&D team in various administrative tasks related to the program or ad-hoc reporting.
- Ensure continuous engagement and support for the graduates throughout the program duration.
Skills expected:
- Project/program Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with graduates and team members.
- Savvy with Video editing or photo/illustration skills ( Canva, photoshop, illustrator etc) is Definitely a PLUS
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and connect with diverse groups of people.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
