More About The Role: 

We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join our passionate and people-first team. In this role, you’ll support key HR functions across two creative agency entities, helping to shape a positive employee experience from start to finish. From recruitment coordination to learning initiatives and culture programs, you’ll be hands-on with the day-to-day while also contributing to bigger-picture HR projects. What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end HR support, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, reconciling staff leave monthly with the timesheet and leave system
  • Preparation of HR letters (e.g. promotions, increments, visa, etc).
  • Support recruitment by posting roles, managing requisition approvals, shortlisting junior to mid-level candidates, conducting screening calls, and scheduling interviews.
  • Update and maintain group medical insurance records for new joiners and leavers.
  • Assist with culture and engagement initiatives, including planning Away Days, office events, team celebrations, and monthly agency-wide meetings as part of the culture committee.
  • Manage office operations such as internal databases, online filing systems, incoming/outgoing mail, and coordinating with IT and Admin for access cards, office tools, and equipment.


Experience that Contributes to Success:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, office administration, or people operations roles.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when handling HR data, leave reconciliation, and insurance updates
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and general admin processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, timesheets, and internal databases.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • A creative thinker who enjoys team events, employee experience, and bringing people-first ideas to life.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices is a plus.
