- Facilitate the creation of PDI Repair Orders (RO) to perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costing and assign jobs to in-house contractors (sub-let jobs).
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams on PDI-related activities.
- Sort, file, and scan Repair Orders.
- Assist in arranging transport companies for vehicle delivery to end users.
- Maintain and upkeep work premises for daily operations.
- Update vehicle readiness and track car movements.
- Review and validate PDI RO/PO to consolidate final invoicing.
- Support the Sales Department in preparing new cars for demo displays at designated locations (e.g., shopping centers).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager/Executive on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level / Nitec in Office Skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
