Job Title: Payroll Integration Lead(Singapore)

Summary:
We’re seeking a Regional Payroll & Integrations Lead to manage complex Workday payroll integrations and multi-country payroll transformation initiatives across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional payroll system implementations and integrations across APAC, including Singapore, Australia, and India.
Manage multi-country payroll compliance and statutory requirements across the region.
Design, build, and oversee Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, APIs, and Connectors.
Own end-to-end project planning, timelines, risk management, and governance for payroll workstreams.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Act as SME for Workday Payroll and provide guidance on best practices for integrations and data flow.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in payroll systems and HR integrations.
Strong APAC regional payroll exposure, preferably within Banking or Large Financial Institutions.
Hands-on expertise with Workday integrations: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs.
Solid project management experience with proven track record of delivering complex programs.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
