As the Regional Core Trade Product Manager, you will work closely with the Asia Core Trade Lead to deliver and execute the suite of Core Trade product solutions offered to our Commercial & Investment Bank clients in Asia Pacific region. The candidate is expected to be actively involved in commercialization of products in the region which forms an important part of the global strategy for Core Trade. As the Regional Core Trade Product Manager, you will work closely with the Asia Core Trade Lead to deliver and execute the suite of Core Trade product solutions offered to our Commercial & Investment Bank clients in Asia Pacific region. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the Asia Core Trade Lead in meeting financial objectives, origination, execution, governance and risk & controls.
- Support execution of the global strategy to transform Core Trade into a client-centric, growth-orientated product group and help establish our firm as one of the leading Core Trade service providers in the region.
- Drive exceptional performance in documentary, funded and unfunded product solutions to achieve profitability through maximizing price and minimizing Risk Weighted Assets (RWA).
- Develop products set and leverage JPMorgan Payments platform to create working capital solutions and cross sell strength.
- Partner with Channels, Operations and Technology to deliver the client experience through innovation, digitization and bespoke solutions for clients.
- Involve and participate in projects across regions, functional teams, processes and technology as required from time-to-time.
- Support developing a culture of teamwork, working closely with Trade Sales Specialists, Coverage Bankers and various Product Groups to aggressively grow the Core Trade product suites while meeting clients' needs and requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance discipline or related function with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Trade Operations or Sales.
- Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline.
- Self-starter, high level of energy, ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferable.
- Business proficiency in Putonghua is preferred to support the Chinese speaking clients.
