Job Profile Summary:

Partnership Lead role is focusing on building and executing a robust partnership onboarding framework to foster new relationships and sustain new accounts. Role will be leading the development and delivery of a strategic product roadmap for non-exclusive partner programs, ensuring timely product launches. This includes managing governance and compliance matters, such as due diligence and audits, and actively tracks business and project KPIs—including planning, budgeting, and resourcing—while overseeing implementation progress and addressing dependencies, risks, and issues. Additionally, this role would also need to collaborates closely with the channel head and internal stakeholders to support partner requests, covering areas like marketing materials, campaigns, initiatives, and system setups.

Job Description:

  • Work with product team to develop and launch new products for partner(s)

  • Improve existing features/benefits of products by identifying customer pain points/ feedback from partners.

  • Work with other internal cross functional teams to ensure that the products are aligned with the company overall strategy.

  • Prepare for key meetings (e.g. Steering Committee meetings, Business Performance Reviews, PDPG meetings, regular Dialogues with senior management) and business planning sessions with bank partners, as well as documenting and following up on action items with the respective internal and external stakeholders.

  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and partner’s requirements, and continuously propose and execute innovative solutions and managing below the line campaigns for non-exclusive partnerships

  • Assist in managing information on daily operations of the partnership, including efficient and timely communications / updates to bank partners on marketing campaigns, product launches and operational matters.

  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely application deployment for bank partner. In the event of issues, to engage relevant stakeholders immediately for timely resolution for our bank partner.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work independently

  • Able to articulate well and voice his/her opinions

  • Must have good interpersonal skills that can support partnership management and stakeholder engagement

Working Experience:

  • Experience in working in financial services sector and/or experience in product management

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in bancassurance or partnership setups

  • Advisory experience in bancassurance setting is appreciated

Education:

  • Degree in Business or related fields of study
