About This Role
We're seeking a Partnerships Associate Intern who possesses skills in relationship building, research, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the team and organization in the research, engagement, and onboarding of potential partners and stakeholders for Circles. You'll play a crucial role in conveying the Circles narrative to businesses and foundations, while facilitating connections between potential partners for our partnership-related campaigns.
Moreover, you'll be joining us during an exciting period as we're currently in the process of developing a groundbreaking loyalty program that will revolutionise how Circles brings joy to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to shadow the team as we collaborate to create and implement this innovative program.
As a Partnerships Associate Intern, you'll collaborate closely with various business units to maintain and update dashboards, ensuring that the team stays aligned with our goals. You'll also have the chance to take the lead on short-term growth projects. In these projects, you'll learn how to establish meaningful success metrics and actively share your discoveries and insights with the broader team. Your contributions will play a key role in our pursuit of partnership success.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales and Senior Partnerships Associate, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
1. Partnership Management
- Full ownership of assigned partner accounts providing executional and analytical support
- Independent and reliable team member with keen sense of time management and the ability to complete assigned tasks promptly
Tasks may include:
- Crafting written materials aimed at engaging potential partners and prospects
- Assisting in team meetings and organising tasks for upcoming meetings - Facilitating partnership contracts
- Maintaining the Circles.Life pipeline using Excel - Scheduling meetings and documenting meeting notes
2. Research & Reporting
- Natural curiosity towards digital trends and behaviours
Tasks may include:
- Investigating and identifying trends among customers to strategically target potential partners
- Conducting research on individuals and organizations for meeting briefs, engagement materials, and proposals
- Exploring partnership models and approaches adopted by peer organizations

Job Requirements
- Good command of English
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving, decision making and troubleshooting complex issues with the ability to organize and prioritize work
- Be comfortable with going out of your comfort zone, seizing opportunities to learn and grow at a much faster pace
- Prior internship experience is preferred
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Have a digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future
