Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Partner Marketing Specialist to join Workato’s growing team. This role supports both the Partner Marketing and Partner Sales teams by coordinating demand gen activities with partners and supporting partner-facing marketing activities. The ideal candidate is marketing-savvy, possesses strong business acumen for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, and adopts an ROI-centric approach. This individual should be able to think strategically about marketing and translate that strategy into successful events, communications, assets, and overall Partner Ecosystem demand generation, growth, loyalty, and culture.

  • Develop and execute co-marketing events and campaigns with Workato’s partners to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.

  • Plan and support Workato’s partner-facing conferences and events, ensuring seamless partner engagement and participation.

  • Collaborate closely with Partner Sales and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic demand generation programs that align with regional business goals.

  • Create and localize partner marketing materials, including content, messaging, and assets, to ensure relevance and impact in the APAC region.

  • Manage partner communications, including newsletters, webinars, and enablement sessions, to keep partners informed on Workato updates, programs, and GTM initiatives.

  • Enable partners with GTM resources, such as sales plays, product messaging, case studies, and marketing kits, to help drive joint business success.

  • Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing initiatives, measuring performance against key metrics such as ARR, ROI, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement.

  • Support partner onboarding and enablement efforts by collaborating with the Partner Programs team to drive partner adoption and engagement.

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.

  • Proficient in partner marketing and knowledgeable in partner sales strategies, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful co-marketing activities.

  • Experience in coordinating events (webinars, in-person events, trade shows, etc.), including landing page builds, content creation, and presenter management.

  • Digital communication experience, including emails and social media.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and copy-editing skills.

  • Background in B2B SaaS and Partner Marketing is desired.

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations).

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, copy-editing, and writing skills.
