About the Role:

As the ASEAN Partner Marketing Lead, your primary mission is to drive demand generation and pipeline growth with our top 25 partners (Global Systems Integrators and Strategic Regional Systems Integrators) across the ASEAN region. You will build and execute high-impact co-marketing campaigns that directly contribute to regional revenue goals.
A critical pillar of success in this role is deep cross-functional collaboration in across the broader marketing organization. You will work closely with country Field Marketing, Strategic Events, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, and Global Partner Marketing teams to seamlessly integrate top 25 partners into wider Salesforce marketing programs and campaigns.
This is an individual contributor role that demands a strong mix of demand generation discipline, cross-functional orchestration, and partner relationship management. If you excel at bridging internal teams and external partners to turn joint value propositions into measurable pipeline, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy (Top 25 Partners)
  • Lead the demand generation strategy and go-to-market plans for Salesforce’s top 25 partners across the ASEAN region.
  • Design and execute multi-channel co-marketing campaigns—including digital programs, account-based marketing (ABM), joint webinars, roundtables, and high-touch regional events—focused on driving net-new pipeline and ACV growth.
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers (PBMs) and Partner Account Manager to align joint marketing resources toward high-yield demand generation activities.
  • Ensure all campaign messaging incorporates Salesforce product priorities, industry points of view, and partner capabilities to deliver compelling customer value propositions.

Cross-Marketing & Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Work in lockstep with ASEAN Field Marketing, Strategic Events, Product Marketing, Communications, and Demand Generation teams to align partner campaigns with broader regional marketing strategy.
  • Plug top 25 partners into core Salesforce-led campaigns, flagship events, and regional demand programs to amplify reach and maximize joint ROI.
  • Act as the connective tissue between internal marketing engines and external partner contacts, ensuring smooth execution, brand consistency, and unified messaging.
  • Work with external agencies (content creators, digital agencies, event suppliers) to deliver high-performing campaigns on time and on budget.

Performance, Operations & Budget Management
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maintain a clear line of sight from marketing activity to qualified opportunity and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain rigorous budget management for dedicated partner marketing funds, ensuring maximum ROI across all top 25 partner initiatives.
  • Manage campaign operations in Salesforce—including campaign creation, member status tracking, lead routing validation, and pipeline dashboarding.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and campaign reviews to cross-functional marketing leaders, regional partner leads, and executive stakeholders.

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or partner marketing—ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly across diverse internal marketing functions (Field, Events, Product Marketing, PR, Demand Gen) to drive aligned go-to-market strategies.
  • Demand Generation Track Record: Strong hands-on experience building integrated campaigns, digital demand programs, and field activities that generate qualified sales pipeline.
  • Partner Alignment: Direct experience managing co-marketing programs with Systems Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) or strategic channel partners.
  • Data & Analytics Capabilities: Metric-driven mindset with proficiency using CRM (Salesforce) reporting, dashboards, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional organizational skills to orchestrate campaigns across 25 distinct partner relationships and multiple internal matrixed teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce technology, Google Workspace/MS Office, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Additional ASEAN language capability is a plus.
