The role is to improve the performance and partner experience across entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners in the assigned market.
  • Responsible for acquiring quality partner in the market and onboarding that partner smoothly to our partner management system.
  • Responsible for complying partner tier policy whilst maintaining the partner acquisition performance.
  • Single point of contact for all partner business.
  • Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance approved responses to partner when requested.
  • Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partner.
  • Responsible for improving partner business in terms of trading volume, net fee revenue and active number of customers under partner in the market.
  • Responsible for proper partner business planning in quarterly basis and execute agreed strategy to grow market.
  • Work closely with trade marketing, IB product manager and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth.

Are you the one?

  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing partners/IBs/affiliates in similar industry.
  • Must be able to speak in fluent Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge about the Japanese market.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willing to relocate to Malaysia.
