In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the partner strategy with Cloud, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Consulting, and System Integrator (SI) Partners to drive incremental revenue growth and ensure sustainable positive business outcomes.
The Global Partner Organization team is essential to Iron Mountain's growth, serving as the bridge between our innovative digital solutions and the extended capabilities of our key strategic partners.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop and Execute Joint Strategy: Create and execute a business plan to build incremental sales pipeline through partnerships, focusing on Account Strategy and joint Go-to-Market (GTM) activities across various verticals, including Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Public Sector.
- Drive Sales Alignment and Enablement: Direct and influence lead generation activities, align with Iron Mountain Sales teams on GTM plays, and enable both Iron Mountain and Partner sales teams with the necessary knowledge (sales, pre-sales, technical) to effectively grow recurring Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue.
- Manage Partnerships and Forecasting: Build and maintain exceptional partner relationships at all levels, provide accurate forecasting and account opportunity visibility into Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC), and collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to create structured enablement plans.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Five or more years of technology sales experience, specifically positioning Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solutions across large, complex accounts, with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Strong knowledge of strategic account management, working directly with Customer decision makers and managing relationships with Fortune 100-level customers.
- Proven ability to work across all levels of a highly matrixed global organization, with experience working with Global and Regional System Integrator (SI) and Consulting partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Technology; expertise in SaaS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is highly desirable.
