Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact for all partner-related activities.
  2. Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutual success.
  4. Collaborate with Partner Enablement to provide ongoing training and support to partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our products or services.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, pre-sales, marketing, and product development, to align partner activities with overall company strategies and objectives.
  6. Track partner performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on partner activities, achievements, and challenges.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company and its partners.
  8. Act as an advocate for partners within the company, ensuring their needs are addressed and concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
  9. Monitor and manage partner compliance with contractual agreements, including revenue targets, marketing activities, and other partnership obligations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in sales or partner management are a plus.
  2. Proven experience 5 to 10 years as a Partner Account Manager, Channel Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in the areas of Intelligent Document Automation, RPA, Business Process Automation or Process Mining.
  3. Strong business development and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  5. Solid understanding of partner ecosystems, sales processes, and channel management best practices.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed business decisions and measure partner performance.
  7. Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  10. Fluent in English.
