Requirements:

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities of this job consist of transactional, analytical and strategic work to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function, including but not limited to the following:

  • Managing the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer, which includes transactional inputs.
  • This level of order management requires a deep level of system and supply chain understanding
  • Identifying and correcting transactional order issues
  • Managing execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain
  • Creating operational and customer-driven reporting utilizing business intelligence tools and communicating updates to customers
  • Taking a self-driven approach to solving problems and improving WWT’s order management processes and systems
  • Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes

  • Operational Planning (Supporting): Forecasts market demand for the organization's products, partners with the business to plan for demand, and creates a full view of supply chain activities.
  • Process Improvement (Supporting): Continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster.
  • Systems Thinking (Developing): Takes a whole systems approach to analyze business issues and implements holistic solutions, ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made.
  • Measurement/Evaluation (Supporting): Measures and assesses customer and employee satisfaction and efficiency and effectiveness of programs through devising methods and procedures for collecting data (e.g., surveys, opinion polls, questionnaires, or evaluating existing data).

Additional Functional / Technical Skills

  • Data Analysis (Applying): Collects, analyses and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.
  • Materials Management (Developing): Demonstrates knowledge of the processes for ordering, shipping and warehousing materials to support production and satisfy demand.
  • International Importing & Exporting (Developing): Demonstrates knowledge of regulation relative to international importation and exportation (e.g., customs requirements, trade tariffs and duties, security regulations).
