Job Responsibilities :

Razer is looking for an Order Fulfilment Intern to join our team! The order fulfillment intern will play an integral role in fulfilling orders efficiently and ensuring that customers' needs are satisfied without putting additional strain on the current workforce, thereby contributing to the smooth operations in Razer’s fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

  • Process and ensure all POs are fulfilled within stipulated time.

  • Responsible for ensuring all shipments were delivered and closed on time.

  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date shipment records with the highest level of data accuracy.

  • Responsible for working/liaising with warehouse(s) and/or service provider(s) regarding all shipping operations pertaining to order fulfillment.

  • Responsible for establishing good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders in regard to the fulfilment operations as assigned. (Support RAP Fulfillment Operations)

  • Process and pulling of reports for checking and analysing.
     

Learning Objectives

  • Learn to prioritize and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while adhering to designated timelines and service level agreements.

  • Acquire skills in inventory control, maintaining accurate inventory records to prevent over allocations to shipments.

  • Familiarize oneself with picking and packing procedures, including proper packaging techniques and labeling requirements to ensure safe and secure delivery of orders.

  • Understand the logistics involved in order shipment, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with logistics partners.

  • Develop communication skills by interacting with customers via email, phone, or chat to provide order updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Identify and resolve common order fulfillment challenges, such as inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or order errors
     

Candidate Requirements

  • Able to commit full time from Aug 2025 - Jan 2026 for optimal learning exposure

  • Fresh Graduate or Undergraduate majoring in supply chain is preferred

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Fast learner

  • Proactive and independent worker
