We are seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM solutions for clients in the telecommunications sector across Southeast Asia. This role will own solution architecture across the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements and fit-gap analysis through design, configuration, testing, and go-live — while acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on best-practice finance and supply chain processes enabled by Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate combines deep product expertise with strong client-facing consulting skills and brings firsthand experience navigating the operational and regulatory complexity of telco finance and supply chain functions.

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance) and SCM implementations
  • Translate client business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle Fusion designs
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and configuration decisions
  • Provide architectural oversight across integrations, data migration, and reporting workstreams
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for client stakeholders and project leadership
  • Mentor junior consultants and support presales activities including solution demos and proposal input
  • Ensure solutions align with industry and regulatory requirements specific to telecommunications clients

Required

  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, with at least 8 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Proven hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Fusion Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle Fusion implementations within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong solution architecture background, including fit-gap analysis, design documentation, and integration planning
  • Experience leading or playing a senior role across at least 3–4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Oracle Fusion certifications (Finance and/or SCM) preferred

Preference

  • Experience with Oracle EPM alongside ERP
  • Exposure to SEA regulatory and tax environments (e.g., GST, Pillar Two/BEPS 2.0)
  • Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 or global systems integrator environment
