Responsible for managing the Role engineering team which handles the business roles maintenance of Client in Singapore and its overseas branches.
Review of Client System access matrix
Collaborate with Business Application teams and Client Business Units to implement the best RBAC solution tailored to the organization's structure and security needs
Design and develop the reports required for RBAC analytics
Work with stakeholders, plan and schedule the Consolidated Annual Certification for all Client SG, OB branches
Ensure the redundant accesses identified part of Annual certification are timely remediated by the business units.
Ensure all the Business applications are onboard into IAM solution and business roles are appropriately defined
Handle internal and external audit queries related to IAM
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of RBAC systems and policies, suggesting improvements based on organizational needs.
Collaborating with wider Product Support, Sustaining and Engineering teams to identify root cause and solutions.
Developing custom BI reports
Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholder teams: business partners, development teams and information security
Expected to drive improvements through influence and strong relationships with managers in other teams.
Requirements
Job Requirements
10+ years of direct experience with Identity and Access management. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles. preferably Oracle identity Manager
4+ years hands-on experience in implementing the RBAC and Segregation of Duty (SOD)
In-depth knowledge of RBAC concepts and principles, including hierarchical roles and permissions.
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or others. Scripting skills for automation and integration of RBAC solutions.
Proficient in creating and managing access control policies based on business requirements.
Understanding of security protocols and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for access control.
Ability to lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and direction.
Strong communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to different stakeholders.
Analytical and critical thinking skills to address security challenges.
Ability to design and implement effective RBAC solutions.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals.
Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks in RBAC implementations.
Experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery of RBAC-related projects.
Strong working knowledge on Oracle Identity Governance 12c, Oracle Database, Linux, Unix & Windows Enterprise Server OS, with mixed skills around administration and troubleshooting
