In this role, you will support the Operation Support Team in handling premium collection transactions, review and sign off user stories, test plans and UAT output. You will also support the team lead on reporting and process improvement. As part of this dynamic team, you will report to the team lead within Operation support team.Job Description:
- Understand business process and define the business requirements in the form of use cases/user stories for system development.
- Review and sign off user stories prepared by the business analysts to ensure all business rules/scenarios are covered for development.
- Develop the test plans against the user requirement
- To review and sign-off test plan prepared by Testing team & suggest for optimization, where possible
- To review and sign off UAT output generated by the Testing team to ensure output generated adheres with business requirement.
- Follow through the defect resolutions and ensure all defects are resolved within the stipulated timeframe
- Assist preparation of training materials and user guide; conduct necessary training to users
- Reporting to project leads on daily/weekly basis as required.
