Royal Ocean Marine is seeking an experienced Operations Manager Offshore Support Vessels for our clients to oversee and coordinate all operational activities associated with our offshore support vessel fleet. The successful candidate will ensure that all vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of offshore support vessels, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate vessel scheduling, maintenance, and crew management activities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure transparent communication and successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance fleet performance.
  • Monitor operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to improve productivity and professional growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and incidents to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing offshore support vessel operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and offshore operational requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office applications.
