Job Description

  • To lead a group of operators & responsible for department operations, including maximize the profit by managing team’s productivity, enhance production workflow and effectively control manpower cost.  
  • Assist DMS Ops Manager to manage the Operations Team & day-to-day activity.
  • Support & encourages a positive climate to the staffs & bring them to success. 
  • Developing direct report by providing challenging & stretching tasks and assignments.  
  • Oversee the efficient & ongoing improvement workflow process including optimising the resources & maximising the revenue generate activity per 
  • FTE. 
  • Ensure the timely delivery of regular reports through the various reporting system. 
  • Adapting & implementing efficient forms of organizational procedures & processes 
  • Drive safe practices to meet the ZERO Incident requirements. 
  • Manage business partner / contractor.
  • Continuous improvement process to SOP.  
  • Participate in any ad hoc activity related to Department 

Requirement:

  • Diploma or higher education certificate 1-2 years of digitization working experience. 
  • Experienced in manpower management with budget & costing knowledge. 
  • Highly driven, independent, organized, decisive and people-orientated team player.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
