Job Description
- To lead a group of operators & responsible for department operations, including maximize the profit by managing team’s productivity, enhance production workflow and effectively control manpower cost.
- Assist DMS Ops Manager to manage the Operations Team & day-to-day activity.
- Support & encourages a positive climate to the staffs & bring them to success.
- Developing direct report by providing challenging & stretching tasks and assignments.
- Oversee the efficient & ongoing improvement workflow process including optimising the resources & maximising the revenue generate activity per
- FTE.
- Ensure the timely delivery of regular reports through the various reporting system.
- Adapting & implementing efficient forms of organizational procedures & processes
- Drive safe practices to meet the ZERO Incident requirements.
- Manage business partner / contractor.
- Continuous improvement process to SOP.
- Participate in any ad hoc activity related to Department
Requirement:
- Diploma or higher education certificate 1-2 years of digitization working experience.
- Experienced in manpower management with budget & costing knowledge.
- Highly driven, independent, organized, decisive and people-orientated team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
