The Operations Executive manages drivers and deliveries, streamlines operations, handles order taking, and supports recruitment and documentation processes.
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage drivers, streamline deliveries, and ensure smooth operations! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and can work shifts, weekends & public holidays, we want you!
Working Hours: Shift-based, 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays, with Off-in-Lieu provided)
What You Will Deliver
- To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients
- To be responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver co-ordination
- Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern
- Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database
- To consolidate the order to maximize the use of truck and vehicle
- Responsible for on-time connections from WH
- Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department
- Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
Who You Are
- Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus
- Having project experience will be a plus
- Proficient in typing in Chinese and English as there are different groups of clients/customers from different backgrounds
- Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel
- Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
- At least 1 year of Logistic Industry experience
- Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables
- Able to work shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays
