Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational success in the Asia-Pacific region? We are seeking a leader to spearhead our APAC Corporate functions Recruiting team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and lead a talented team.
As the APAC Corporate Firmwide Functions and Operations Lead, within the Global Functions Segment, you will lead the Corporate Functions Recruiting team and oversee the Operations Recruiting team. You will be highly focused on relationship building and strategic thinking to develop collaborative partnerships and lead high touch, differentiated talent acquisition capabilities to our executive team and other key stakeholders. You will act as the primary contact for recruiting for the various senior leaders predominately in the firmwide functions Asia Pacific. Reporting to the APAC Talent Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic engagement and talent support needs for both immediate and future demand across the global business. You will need to demonstrate strong awareness of the market and a commitment to driving diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
You will be passionate about providing the highest level of service to senior leaders. You will actively leverage cross-functional relationships in leadership, finance, business management and HR Advisory as part of a virtual team. The role requires an approach that is both analytical and creative, understanding problems and devising solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Line of Business leadership, HR Advisory, and Finance & Business Management colleagues to develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel recruiting strategy for the business.
- Be a member of the APAC Talent Leadership team responsible for shaping our talent acquisition strategy for the firm and ensuring business alignment to firmwide recruiting best practice, planning and execution.
- Review and manage headcount and demand planning for both clients and direct reports, ensuring the team is well resourced and aligned to business needs.
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of recruiting needs, engaging with business leaders as a domain expert for all areas of talent acquisition practices to be applied in the context of overarching strategy and business needs.
- Lead with data-driven insights of hiring trends, sourcing channels, industries and markets, organizational structures, and companies.
- Strategically monitor metrics and track trends of recruiting performance to share with key stakeholders; ensure recruiters have all the resources they need to be successful.
- Lead organizational change by leveraging strong analytical skills to interpret data from AI tools, providing insights into recruitment trends, candidate behavior, and process efficiencies, while challenging and improving products and processes across teams to create an environment that delivers innovative, data-driven solutions based on customer experiences and insights.
- Operate globally across all locations to identify and resolve recruiting challenges.
- Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline process for the client.
- Prepare and present relevant market data at all points of client interaction, delivering regular stakeholder reporting and key qualitative insights to aligned client groups and sharing relevant insights on Recruiting KPIs and metrics.
- Establish critical partnerships with HR Business Advisors, Compensation, and Finance & Business Management partners to continuously optimize recruitment value.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 15 years of strategic recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in leading full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
- Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, analytical critical thinking, and excellent advisory skills, with a high level of proficiency in working with and presenting data.
- Client-first collaborative and consultative approach, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgement and high standards with a demonstrated ability to elevate, escalate, and/or address issues as needed.
- Technical and analytical thought leadership in data-driven domains, adept at articulating talent acquisition strategies and investments with supporting rationale and metrics.
- Empathetic and collaborative, able to work across teams and projects fluidly, with ability to get up to speed quickly on new initiatives and lead thorough, best-in-class execution end-to-end. Ability to cultivate trust and build relationships across the Talent Acquisition function.
- Experience managing large-scale, national recruitment or operational projects, particularly those related to new builds and strategic location initiatives.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment.

- Experience in APAC regional recruitment leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of market intelligence and business analytics as applied to recruitment.
- Experience managing confidential, high-impact recruitment projects.
