Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day internal operations and administrative work.
• Manage and update company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep track of inventory levels and proactively order supplies when needed.
• Maintain financial, team member, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Draft and mail customer correspondence and newsletters, maintaining a professional and engaging tone.
• Organize events, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as required.
• Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in internal operations with experience in administrative work.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information across all department effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and data management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision or direction, even under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on, capable of adapting to changing priorities and taking initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through with assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
