- Oversee and manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements, KPIs, and operational standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of technical staff, supervisors, and service personnel to support daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services to ensure building functionality, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building M&E systems, including electrical, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Review contractors' method statements, risk assessments, and work schedules to ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational requirements.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, including ad-hoc repairs, emergency rectification, and improvement works.
- Coordinate with contractors, specialist vendors, and licensed professionals for maintenance activities, statutory inspections, and technical works.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, service levels, and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with clients, agency representatives, and stakeholders through site meetings, progress updates, and operational reporting.
- Verify completion of works, review contractors' claims and invoices, and follow up on payment submissions and approvals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, service reports, and other operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), statutory requirements, and company policies while driving continuous operational improvement.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or Property Management, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services and building M&E systems, including Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection Systems, Pumps, and BMS.
- Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, contractor performance, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Fire Safety regulations, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Experience in contract administration, vendor management, KPI/SLA monitoring, and budget control is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CMMS/CAFM systems is an advantage.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Fire Safety Manager (FSM), SCEM, or WSH-related certifications will be an added advantage.
